Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FinvHub website at finvhub.com and the FinvHub platform at app.finvhub.com (together, the "Services"), provided by FinvHub ("FinvHub", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You must be authorised to act on behalf of the organisation you register.

2. Free trial & subscriptions

We may offer a free trial. At the end of the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription to the plan you select. Fees, billing cycles and plan limits are as described at sign-up or on our pricing page. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you will not: (a) use the Services unlawfully or to store unlawful content; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or other users' data; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services; (d) reverse-engineer or resell the Services except as permitted; or (e) use the Services to infringe the rights of others.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you put into the Services ("Your Data"). You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and display Your Data to provide the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Data and for having the rights to submit it. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Compliance & professional advice

FinvHub provides tools to help you manage accounting, payroll and related tasks, including editable tax and statutory tables. You are responsible for configuring these correctly for your jurisdiction and for meeting your legal, tax and regulatory obligations. FinvHub is a software tool and does not provide accounting, tax, legal or financial advice.

6. Availability

We work to keep the Services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

7. Third-party services

The Services integrate with third parties (for example payment processors and authentication providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design and content (excluding Your Data), are owned by FinvHub and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during your subscription, subject to these Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Services. On termination you may export Your Data for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted in line with our retention practices.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. FinvHub will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
